Well I’m 10weeks from competing in Physique in the Ronnie Coleman Classic in Mesquite on March 31st. I’ve started adding a few morning cardio’s per week and keeping to my half marathon running schedule. The half is Feb 26th so my mileage is climbing up there.
As far as nutrition, I don’t cut calories persee BUT I do eliminate the allergens so dairy will be gone this week and then we shall see what I’ll be eating then! That’s half my protein intake at least but its got to go bye bye. I’ll be coming in to show ovo-vegetarian this time. I can’t have whey it’s bad for my blood type so its a variety of vegan proteins and eggs for me for protein. It’s gonna be tough this competition year. We shall see how it goes w/out whey protein for the Ronnie.
