I love when LOVE is creative! Amazing !!
Well I’m 10weeks from competing in Physique in the Ronnie Coleman Classic in Mesquite on March 31st. I’ve started adding a few morning cardio’s per week and keeping to my half marathon running schedule. The half is Feb 26th so my mileage is climbing up there.
As far as nutrition, I don’t cut calories persee BUT I do eliminate the allergens so dairy will be gone this week and then we shall see what I’ll be eating then! That’s half my protein intake at least but its got to go bye bye. I’ll be coming in to show ovo-vegetarian this time. I can’t have whey it’s bad for my blood type so its a variety of vegan proteins and eggs for me for protein. It’s gonna be tough this competition year. We shall see how it goes w/out whey protein for the Ronnie.
Egg white breakfast sandwich
2 slices toasted Ezekiel bread w/ 1/2 serving of Smart Balance buttery vegan spread
1 cup of Egg Whites w/ 1 serving of Far free Shredded Kraft Mozzarella cheese
1 serving of Old fashioned oats
1/4 serv Goats Milk Powder
1/2 cup Dole mixed berries w pomegranate
1 serving of Maple Groves sugar free syrup
1 serving Biochem Vegan Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
Time to get serious . . . I never really got UNserious, LOL. It’s almost showtime again.

I am so excited! I am really starting to get even tighter and more defined aka leaner than I was for Cleveland.
I keep getting so many compliments about my shape from women & the men just want to know what I do to get my abs to look like they do. It’s all in the groceries I tell them. They hate my answers, LOL. Ah well.
It’s gonna be a GOOOOOD show in Miami. Just need to get all mu ‘ducks in a row’ and all should be good!!
Just about time to get to the starting line for the race today. Starts at 815a. I have everything prepped and ready to go.
Well overall was a great experience. I did enjoy competing in women’s physique this weekend, new division in the NPC. It was a nice CHANGE from figure. I think this is my new place to compete.
I’m also content with my top 10 placing in a national show. I do have some work to do before the next show, which looks like I’m gonna shoot for South Beach in November.
10 weeks and 6 days to improve my presentation and lean down some more. My peak week still needs tweaking as well. I’d love to get under Dr Berardi’s hands & work with him. Hmm, I’ll send an email to ask.

Well I am here in Cleveland waiting to go to prejudge meeting at 730a at the Renaissance hotel.
I woke up super early like 329am! Oh well, I got up & fixed my tan and hair now I am just waiting in my hotel room. Nothing to do but chill & watch TV. I’ll prob come back after the meeting since I have oodles of time before I go up. We are last on the list this morning. It’s ok, I’ll do my make-up & redo hair, yet again, before its finally SHOWTIME!

CONGRATULATIONS TO MS TAI!! She went from 27.15% body fat to 25.54% in 4 weeks! She gained .74lbs of lean muscle and lost 4.34lbs of fat. Only 3.6lbs came of the scale (total body) weight. It’s good to know how much of that scale weight divides into muscle and body fat. Girl is doing great!
Time for some recovery ART work : ) LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Only thing that fixed my piriformis issue & ham/glute insertions !
